Ticket Policy: There are no advanced ticket sales over the phone. You can buy an advanced ticket one hour before the performances begin when the box office is open. However, keep in mind that the advanced purchase of a ticket the day of the performance IS NOT GUARANTEED OR RESERVED FOR A SPECIFIC SEAT…Our ticket policy is first-come, first-serve for seating when the doors open one half hour before the performance begins.  At that time, you choose your seat. Keep in mind: NO HOLDING SEATS: IF THE SEAT IS NOT OCCUPPIED 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE SHOWS BEGIN, YOUR TICKET IS VOID AND THE SEAT CAN BE SOLD TO PATRONS WHO ARE PRESENT AND WAITING.

Here’s why: Unfortunately, we have patrons buy tickets and try to hold seats until other members of their party arrive…. Sometimes after the performance has begun!! Our policy is that any seats that are unoccupied ten minutes before the play begins will be released. This insures that all the seats are full with people who are actually there and ready to see the shows. If your student doesn’t appear until last in the evening and you don’t wish to view all the shows for the evening (though we do encourage you to support other kids and their work too), you can take the chance there will be enough turn over at intermissions that you’ll be able to get a seat.

FINALLY: There is no late seating. No exceptions. Please don’t be late to the performance and allow enough time to park.
